■囚われのハクアを助けたのは、敌かに思えたドクロウ？
FLAG 161「脱出」
―新地狱、拷问部屋―
保安部＝ヴィンテージを倒したハクアとドクロウの二人だったが…。
ドクロウ「遅くなってすまん、ハクア」「さあ、新地狱から出るのだ」
ハクアに谢るドクロウだったが、怒りはおさまらない。
ハクア「室长、何しに来たのよ…私のことクビにしたくせに!!」
怒声に困り颜で答える。
ドクロウ「すまんなぁ…私は公式にはヴィンテージの味方ってことになってるのだよ」
ハクア「公式？」
ドクロウ「それより、逃げる前に记忆管でこいつらの记忆を消せ」
「服も着ろ、その姿で逃げたら别の罪で捕まるぞ」
保安部制服に身を包むハクアと段ボールに潜むドクロウ。
逃走ルートについてドクロウは说明する。
駆け魂队でなくなったハクアは正规ルートで地狱から出ることが出来ない。
そこでゴミ舍て场から浮岛の下、旧地狱の地表に降りそこから人间界に渡る裏ルートを使うという のだ。
アルマゲマキナの残留魔法で10分と居られる场所じゃ!?と惊くハクアに、だからこそ追手がかからないとド クロウはいう。
―旧地狱、地表―
地表の川にはドクロウ作の小舟が浮かんでいた。残留魔法による瘴気の対策にファンタジーなシェルターが张ら れている。
シェルターに入るハクア。それを见届け、ドクロウは外で船をこぎ出した。
ハクア「室长も中に入らないの？」
ドクロウ「私は元からアルマゲマキナで体を无くしておるしな…」
「作り物の体には空気の悪さなど関系ないさ」「これで境界まで行けば…外に出られる」
ハクア「要は密出国ってこと…？まるで犯罪者ね…」笑いを堪えきれない、といった様子で口元を押さえるドクロウ。
ドクロウ「いや～反逆罪で解雇だしマジ犯罪者だよ～☆」
ハクア「クビにしたのお前でしょ！」
ドクロウ「すまんって言っておるだろ～～、こっちもまだ流れを见てる状态でなあ」
声を荒げてツッコんだものの、ハクアはすぐにうつむく。
ハクア「もうわかんないわよ…何を信じていいのか」「正しいと思うことしても、なんにもうまく いかない…」
意気消沈のハクアに声をかけるドクロウ。
ドクロウ「ハクア、その気持ちは、お前だけではない」
「今、新地狱全体に…大きな不安が広がっているのだ」
「…食い止めなければ」「ハクア、ヴィンテージと闘うのだ」
だが、ハクアは颜をあげようとしない。
ハクア「ムリよ、私に何ができるっていうの…？」
―出狱ゲート―
人间界に帰ろうとするシャリアの姿があった。すると、そこに声をかけてくる人物が。
ノーラ「人间界帰んの？私も今から帰るところよ――」
シャリア「ノーラ…」
いたくフレンドリーな态度のノーラであった。
ノーラ「おみやげいっぱいねぇ」
シャリア「これだけが楽しみだからな」
ノーラ「で…」浮かべた笑みの雰囲気が変わる。
ノーラ「保安部にハクア売ったの、あんたでしょ」颜色が一変するシャリア。
シャリア「……」
ノーラ「大丈夫、谁にも言やしないわよ」
取り缮うように弁解の言叶を口にするシャリア、その口调は淀んでいる。
シャリア「う、売ったなんて…ハクアは最近持ち场をよく离れてるって言っただけだよ？」
「あの辺りの地区长を一人异动させたいって…言われたから…」
ノーラ「ヴィンテージに？」核心をつくノーラ。
シャリア「そ…そうだよ、だってあいつら怖いし、非合法のくせに堂々としてんだよ」
「歯向かってこっちがトバされたら大変だろ…」「もしかしたら、ヴィンテージが上に立つかもし れないし…」
忧郁な表情のシャリア、対してノーラは。
ノーラ「世の中の风向きばっかり気にして、ツノなしの学校あがりは大変ねー」「あーいいとこの生まれで、良 かった(ハート)」
瞳に星を浮かべ、満面の笑み。シャリアの颜がさらに阴る。
ノーラ「あ、ハクア、惩戒解雇になったみたいよ。じゃーねー」
軽い调子でハクアの処遇を伝え、去って行くノーラ。残されたのは、しょげた様子のシャリアただ ひとり。
―旧地狱、地表―
ドクロウ「ハクア、确かに今のお前は何もない」
「駆け魂队でもなければ、羽衣もない」
「ついでに家柄もない。ツノもない。カネもコネもない。バカ正直なだけで协调性もない。空気も読めない」
ないない尽くしの酷い言われようだった。
ハクア「なんなのよ！」
さすがにたまらず、ハクアは颜をあげる。
ドクロウ「だが、努力で一番になった」
ドクロウは静かに告げる。
「今まで『证の镰』は家柄の高い悪魔しか取れなかった。成绩优秀だから首席、というわけにはいかなかったのだよ」
「しかしお前は成绩で圧倒して、自分自身の力で首席をとった。魔学校の长い歴史で、初めてのことだったのだ」
船が突如として川から宙に飞び出し、そのまま旧地狱の空を舞ってゆく。
ファンタジーな雰囲気の中、ドクロウの言叶は続いた。
ドクロウ「かつて地狱を染めた『悪』と『正义』が、地狱の地を谁も住めない土地にした」
「その后作られた新地狱も、一皮向けば昔と何も変わっていない…」
杖のような何かを取り出すドクロウ。
ドクロウ「お前のような者が上に立つ世、それが私の梦だ…!!」「ハクア、自分の力で切り开け」
取り出した何かは『证の镰』だった。それをハクアに差し出す。
ドクロウ「お前は新地狱の、新しい未来だ!!」
ドクロウの强い言叶を受け、再び『证の镰』を手にするハクア。その颜には覇気が戻っている。
ハクア「わかりました」「私…新地狱を守ります!!自分自身の力で…!!」
―新地狱、上空―
人间界への帰路、物思いにふけるノーラ。
ノーラ(シャリィの话によると、クビになるのは谁でもよかった…ハクアじゃなくてもよかった…)
(と、なると、ハクアたちの女神集めにヴィンテージは気づいてない…？)
(目的はヴィンテージを舞岛市に集めること…なんのために？)答えは出ない。
―舞岛市―
手の平に小さな斜めの伤迹。カッターが滑り、その伤迹と合わせて×を描くように伤を作る。
そして中心にカッターを突き刺す。吹き出す血。
「あ、あぁ!!」それまでの无表情から一変、红潮した颜に。
朝の平和な公园で自伤行为にふけるヴィンテージ干部、リューネであった。傍らの通信机から大声が漏れる。
？「リューネ、闻いてるか」「今回こそ、命令厳守だぞ！お前しかいない」「ハクア・ド・ロット・ヘルミニウムがクビになった。次の地区长はお前だ！」
リューネ「やだ、面倒臭い」
即答であった。无论声の主は、それで引き下がるはずもない。
？「お前、干部だろう！胜手は许さん！」
「ヴィンテージにとっても今は最も大事な时だ…」「守りを固めねば…」
ベンチに座ったままのリューネは地図を见つめながら告げる。
リューネ「ねぇ、このハクアって娘の行动ログ、全部ちょーだい」
リューネ「全部よ全部、ちょっと気になるとこあるのよ」
？「気になること…」
リューネの手の地図には、光点がいくつか浮かんでいた。
リューネ「わかったわ、私この娘のところに入る。辞令作ってちょーだい」心変わりしたリューネ。何が彼女の心を动かしたのか。
ハクアが洞窟のような场所を通り人间界への道を急ぐ。
それに被さるドクロウの独白。
ドクロウ「『善』も『悪』ももはや何も为さぬ」「今必要なのは」「强さだ」
―舞岛学园―
「ふわぁ…」アクビと共に登校する桂马。
饰り付けられた校内、楽しげな生徒达の声。垂れ幕に记されたのは『舞岛学园芸术文化祭(前夜祭)』の文字。
金曜日の、そして舞高祭の始まりだった。

FLAG161 "Break-out"
—New Hell, torture room—
Haqua and Dokurou defeated the safety department that is Vintage...
Dokurou: "Sorry for being late, Haqua." "Well, leave the New Hell."
Dokurou apologised to Haqua who couldn't refrain her anger.
Haqua: "Chief, what did you come to do...? Though you fired me!!"
Dokurou, troubled by her harsh voice, answers her.
Dokurou: "Sorry... I'm officially on Vintage's side."
Haqua: "Officially?"
Dokurou: "Before that, erase these persons' memories with the device before escaping."
"Also take their clothes, if you escape in your outfit, you will be charged of another crime."
Haqua is dressed with the safety department clothes and Dokurou is stashed in a cardboard.
Dokurou explains to Haqua the escape route.
Haqua, bing no longer in the Runaway Spirit Squad, cannot use the regular route to outside New Hell.
So, Haqua will use the back route where from the dump site, she will land on the Old Hell surface under the floating island.
Haqua is surprised, saying she won't hold out 10 minutes in the residual magic from the Almagemachina but Dokurou says the pursuers won't come at Haqua this way.
—Old Hell, surface—
The little boat Dokurou made was floating on the surface river. The shelter designed to counter the miasma from the residual magic is in the boat.
Haqua enters the shelter. Dokurou, after making sure everytheng is OK, started to row the boat.
Haqua: "Chief, don't you come here too?"
Dokurou: "I lost my body in the Almagemachina..."
"My artificial body will ignore the bad atmosphere." "With this, once we get to the border... you will be able to get out of here."
Haqua: "In short smuggling myself outside...? I'm just like a criminal..." Dokurou puts her hand on her mouth, letting the laughs out.
Dokurou: "No~ You are discharged due to treason, and you're a criminal~☆"
Haqua: "You fired me!"
Dokurou: "I told you I was sorry~~, I too am in the state of watching the flow."
Although Dokurou made a tsukkomi by raising her voice, Haqua cast her eyes down.

Sharia is about to go back to the human world. Then, someone calls out to her.
Nora: "Are you going back to the human world? I too am about to do so--"
Sharia: "Nora..."
Nora was acting too friendly.
Nora: "You have plenty of souvenirs."
Sharia: "This is just out of pleasure."
Nora: "So..." Her smile brought a change in the atmosphere.
Nora: "You were the one who told Haqua on to the safety department." Sharia changes her expression.
Sharia: "......."
Nora: "It's fine, I won't tell anyone."
Sharia justifies herself t temporise, and her verbal expression is hesitating.
Sharia: "T, told on... You're just telling me Haqua left her post?"
"I am told... they waht to change one person in the area..."
Nora: "By Vintage?" Nora gets to the point.
Sharia: "Y... yes, but they are scary, they act imposingly though the organisation is illegal."
"If I were to oppose them and be blown off, I would be in a pinch..." "Vintage may stand up..."
To the depressed Sharia, Nora speaks.
Nora: "I only mind about the situation in the society, and the hornless devils' afterschools are boring." "Aah, it would be good to be born at the right moment. (heart)"
Stars in her pupils, and the smile all over her face. Sharia's face darkens all the more.
Nora: "Oh, it seems Haqua was discharged as a punishment. Well then."
Nora speaks about Haqua's treatment in a light mood and leaves. Sharia is alone and dejected.
—Old Hell, surface—
Dokurou: "Haqua, you surely don't anything presently."
"You aren't in the RSS, and you don't have your scarf."
"Incidentally, you aren't of a good family. You don't have a horn. You don't have neither connection nor money. You are simply naïve and uncooperative. You can't read the mood."
She seemed to say rude things in secret.
Haqua: "What's with those!"
As expected, Haqua raises her face.
Dokurou: "But your efforts are number one."
Dokurou says those words quietly.
"Until now, only devils of good family could have tho ‘scythe of proof’. Having good results doesn't make you a top student."
"However you overwhelmed other pupils with your results, and you became a top student with your strength. It is the first time in the long history of the devil school."
Suddenly, the boat flies out of the river in the sky, and it floats around in the Old Hell sky.
In the fantastic atmosphere, Dokurou continues.
Dokurou: "The ‘evil’ and the ‘good’ that once dyed the Hell turned it into an uninhabited soil."
"The New Hell that was created after that, whatever it may look, has retained all of the old shape."
Dokurou picks out the branch-like thing.
Dokurou: "The world where the persons like you stand out is my dream...!!" "Haqua, open up a path to it with your strength."
The thing she picked out is the ‘Scythe of Proof’. And she holds it out to Haqua.
Dokurou: "You are the new future for New Hell!!"
Haqua receives Dokurou's powerful words and takes once again the ‘Scythe of Proof’. Her face now looks ambitious.
Haqua: "I got it." "I... shall protect the New Hell!! With my own strength...!!"
—New Hell, sky—
Nora is on the way to the human world, lost in her meditation.
Nora: (According to Sharia's story, everyone being fired would be fine... it would be nice if it wasn't Haqua...)
(In this case, Vintage wasn't aware of the fact Haqua and her company were searching goddesses...?)
(The goal is to gather Vintage in Maijima... what for?) She couldn't answer it.
—Maijima—
A slanting cicatrix in her palm. She uses the cutter to add another scar on it to make a cross.
And she nails the cutter in the center. Her blood gushes out.
"A, aah!!" She was expressionless till now, and then her face turned red flushing.
Lune, the Vintage executive, was engrossed in her self-mutilation in a peaceful park in the morning.
?: "Lune, are you listening?" "This time, orders are strict! There is only you." "Haqua du Lot Herminium is fired. You are the next district chief!"
Lune: "Oh no, it's troublesome."
She replied immediately. Of course, the voice proprietor isn't bound to leave.
?: "You are an executive! I don't allow your ways."
"To us Vintage too, it is the most important moment..." "If we fortify our defence..."
Lune, on a bench, while looking at the map, says the following words.
Lune: "Hmm, please send me the Haqua girl's entire activity log.

A few luminous dots pop up on Lune's map.

Haqua hurries her way to the human world through the cave-like place.
She leaves Dokurou alone, the latter will cover for that.
Dokurou: "‘Good’ and ‘evil’ won't do anything now." "What you need now is" "strength."
—Maijima Academy—
"Fuwaa..." Keima goes to school as he yawns.
Cheerful pupils, voices in the decorated school. On the hanging screen is "Maijina Academy Art and Culture Festival (eve)".
It's Friday, and the Maijima festival is about to start.
